All in stock orders ship in 1-2 business days. We try to process orders as quickly as possible. Due to our large selection not all products are stocked in high quantities. Some products may be in production processes during your order which can delay shipping times. If your order is needed quickly please e-mail or call before placing an order or add it to the order notes. We can get back to you on an expected ship time.
- Flat rate ground shipments for all United States and Territories of the United States shipments is $9.20.
- Flat rate ground shipments to Canada for up to 30 stoppers is $21.00. Please contact us for shipping of larger quantities.
- Free shipping on all orders over $350.00 within USA (will be automatic at checkout).
International Shipments. We do ship international all the time. UK, EU, Australia, etc., anywhere a package can be shipped. However, due to varying weights of the products, our website is not yet setup for international shipping. If you are interested in ordering outside North America, please contact us with your location, and what you are interested in purchasing. We will email you quickly with a quote for shipping. If acceptable, an invoice will be emailed to you, and you pay in your currency.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any product we will gladly exchange or refund any unused products.
If in the event your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 2-3 days of receiving your package and keep it for carrier inspection. We will work with you through this inconvenient situation.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
