Shifter Knob Mandrels
Shifter Knob mandrels feature a M16 x 1.5. With this thread size there is available for purchase a master DIY Insert. From there threaded adapters can be screwed into the master insert to get the desired thread size for your car, truck, or SUV. Please read the instructions below and where to find the inserts and adapters. Mandrels offered in various sizes to accommodate your wood lathe.

Instructions:
- Drill a 22mm hole deep enough to fit the Master Insert in.
- Glue the insert into your wood, resin, etc, with 2-part epoxy just as you would our brass inserts.
- Wait the full cure time.
- Install on the mandrel and turn and finish to your desired shape.
- Select and install the proper adapter that will fit your car, truck, or SUV.
- Install on car, truck, SUV.
