Avocado Masher
Avocado Mashers are a kitchenware tool that is used to mash Avocado for guacamole. The curved base of the avocado masher makes it ideal to mash inside of a bowl. It can also used to mash beans to make re-fried beans, and crush chickpeas for falafel.
Our Avocado Mashers are made here in Honesdale PA USA of 304 stainless steel. As with all of our kits they are machined to a 3/8″-16 thread to work with our UM mandrel system. The diameter of the curved mashing plate is 3″ and is approximately 6″ long. It has a 13/16″ turn to diameter. So you will want to use the 13/16″ bushing with the UM mandrel for turning. This is the same bushing for our stoppers and openers.
